Bring business and IT together – as a Business Analyst!
Do you understand business requirements just as well as technical contexts? In your role as the link between specialist departments and IT, you will analyze processes, identify potential for optimization, and support the implementation of modern solutions to improve the data environment within the bank. Join us in shaping the digital future of banking – in a practical, solution-oriented, and team-based environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing and implementing data-based business processes, with a particular focus on digitization and automation
  • Planning and managing topics/tasks related to the new data platform
  • Recording and documenting requirements in collaboration with the specialist departments
  • Analyzing data to support decision-making and gain insights
  • Identifying and overcoming obstacles to ensure optimal processes

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Good knowledge of SQL and basic knowledge of data modeling
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and document them in a clear and understandable manner
  • Experience in interpreting data and expertise in creating reports
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Proactive and clear communication within the team and with other departments
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and processes is an advantage
