YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Competent contact person for our approximately 100 employees from A to Z throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Managing the entire recruiting process for selected target groups
  • Preparing payroll accounting and taking on administrative tasks
  • Operational and conceptual management of personnel development measures, e.g. turning managers into learning developers for employees
  • Taking on special topics, such as designing and implementing measures to increase employee satisfaction, personnel marketing activities, etc.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Several years of professional experience in the HR environment, e.g. in a generalist function in an international company
  • Proven knowledge in the areas of recruiting and personnel support
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Communication at eye level with colleagues, applicants and external service providers
  • Passion for current HR trends and innovations as well as a strategic and modern mindset
  • You convince and inspire!
