YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development and maintenance of ETL processes with Airflow and Python to load data into Snowflake or Redshift
  • Management and optimisation of database structures in Snowflake or Redshift
  • Implementation of performance optimisations
  • Ensuring data quality during the loading process
  • Implementation of monitoring and alerting systems
  • Supporting the Data Analyst in providing data for Power BI

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Initial professional experience in data engineering through internships/working student positions
  • Good knowledge of Python (pandas, pyarrow, dlt)
  • Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with cloud services such as Snowflake or Redshift
  • Basic knowledge of dbt
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
