WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:

Together with your colleagues, you will develop customized products for our customers that are tailored to the needs of their respective business models. To further drive our growth and serve our customer base in Europe, we are looking for you! You can expect a team whose drive, visionary thinking, and innovative strength will inspire you. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently identifying and evaluating new lending opportunities in the European fintech and startup scene
  • Building new business relationships and long-term partnerships with our clients (regardless of their stage of growth, from early stage to unicorn status)
  • Structuring, negotiating, and managing credit transactions (securitizations and other structured finance transactions)
  • Analyzing and evaluating transaction/business structures that meet the needs of our clients
  • Preparing internal and external decision-making documents, such as LOIs, term sheets, loan applications, etc., and providing comprehensive support throughout the approval and client onboarding process

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Several years of experience in corporate client management or structuring departments in banks or law firms
  • Strong interest in start-ups and the European FinTech landscape
  • nalytical thinking and fundamental knowledge of credit products and structured credit products (securitizations)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Ambitious dealmaker with an independent working style and a high degree of self-motivation
  • Passionate networker and highly motivated to build long-term customer relationships
  • Highly customer-oriented with a hands-on mentality – our solutions for customers are tailor-made
