Varengold Bank in a nutshell

The Varengold Bank is a German bank founded in 1995 in Hamburg. In Marketplace Banking, the Bank supports online marketplaces that deal with the financing of companies and consumers (peer-to-peer platforms). Varengold finances the rapid growth of Fintechs and provides them with products that require a banking licence (Fronting Services / Banking as a Service). In the field of Commercial Banking / Transaction Banking, the bank provides foreign trade-oriented customers with basic products, such as account relationships and international payments. Varengold employs more than 100 people at its locations in Hamburg and Sofia.

The Management Board is composed of Dr. Bernhard Fuhrmann and Frank Otten. The Varengold stock (ISIN: DE0005479307) is listed on the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
