We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Marketplace Banking / Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for our clients from FinTechs sector, such as consumer & SME lending platforms, shared mobility platforms and factoring / invoice financing providers. Your primary goal will be to actively engage with customers and provide exceptional support, guidance, and assistance for customer projects within our Lending and Banking as a Service (BaaS) offering.

You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction with our services!


  • Customer Advising: Build strong relationships with customers and act as their primary point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or support needs related to our BaaS offering and  Lending customers.
  • Credit Support: Support in the negotiation of credit increases and other changes of contractual term as well as in the conclusion of the corresponding documents (including credit facility top-ups, amendment agreements and waivers)
  • Project Support: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific project requirements and provide guidance on how our BaaS solutions can best meet their needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address customer concerns or issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Internal communication: Preparation of credit applications and support in the presentation of these to the internal decision-making committee
  • Onboarding: Actively participate in the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
  • Documentation: Regular management and updating of projects and tasks in the relevant tools (including Jira, Confluence, Asana, DocuSign)


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Knowledge of lending or credit-like products (e.g. consumer/SME loans, factoring, credit funds, asset financing), ideally in a banking or FinTech environment
  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English, written and spoken. Other language skills such as German are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
