YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Active participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
Processing of ongoing financial accounting including travel expense accounting and execution of payment transactions as well as account reconciliation
Taking over the advance VAT return
Preparation of the balance sheet for the foreign branch
Collaboration in projects and optimisation of internal bookkeeping and accounting processes
Accounts receivable accounting and dunning in coordination with the Senior Accountant

YOUR PROFILE:

Successfully completed commercial training with further training as a financial accountant
At least 2 years of practical experience in accounting, ideally in a banking environment
Strong affinity for technical-operational processes and a basic understanding of IT; ideally experience of working with DATEV
Initiative, open-minded personality and ability to work in a team
High affinity for numbers and strong logical thinking skills for analysis and optimisation activities
