With the necessary eye for detail and a passion for legally compliant corporate processes and procedures, you've come to the right place. In our Regulatory & Securities Compliance team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of topics.
 
Flexibility is also given in your time management - you decide whether you want to work part-time (at least 20 hours/week) or full-time with us. 
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and further development of the established compliance management system for the MaRisk, WpHG, Tax and ESG compliance processes
  • Carrying out controls, risk analyses and risk assessments and deriving recommendations for action for the specialist departments
  • Advising the specialist departments on relevant compliance issues and supporting the implementation of regulatory requirements
  • Creating and maintaining compliance guidelines and any adjustment processes
  • Monitoring adherence to compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed studies in law or economics or in a comparable field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned field, ideally in a bank or at a company in the financial sector
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations for banks desirable
  • Business fluent German and very good English skills
  • Willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics and relevant legal changes
  • Strong analytical skills as well as assertiveness
  • Communication skills in dealing with internal colleagues and external stakeholders
