Great - then join our international team (located in Sofia and Hamburg) as a (Senior) KYC Expert (m/f/d) Corporate Clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that ensures all client data is up to date and reliable while supporting our corporate clients with all financial matters.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Close cooperation with the compliance team in the review of existing customer
    relationships
  • Identity verification in accordance with the know-your-customer (KYC) principle
  • Obtaining and screening relevant documents from defined databases
  • Optimisation and further development of the existing KYC process
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our international corporate clients
  • Recording and maintaining master data, powers of attorney and authorisations and
    coordinating document management
  • Support with the opening of payment transaction accounts

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business, economics, or related field
  • Professional experience in the service center area of a bank or a financial service provider
  • Strong interest in corporate banking and finance
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English (any other foreign language, such
    as German, is an advantage)
  • High degree of team orientation to work towards and achieve common goals
  • Communicate on an equal footing with our customers, i.e. communicate effectively
    and convey information clearly and comprehensibly
  • Professional attitude and a commitment to client confidentiality
